Two-time Olympian, by age 18, Katie Grimes joins us in the latest episode of Social Kick.

At age 15, Katie qualified for the Tokyo 2020 Olympics and is now a household name in the swimming world. Katie shares her journey and discusses her experience at the 2024 US Olympic Trials, having already qualified for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games in the 10k. Was there less pressure?

We talk Paris, from the river eels to the 1500 and 400 IM swims in the pool. Katie is arguably the most versatile swimmer in the pool, which she credits to her training and coach Ron Aiken.
